Ralph A. Ferro Jr. is dedicated to providing aggressive and ethical representation to individuals and businesses charged with criminal offenses. Mr. Ferro is committed to the belief that when a person is charged with a crime, he or she deserves legal representation that provides vigorous defense and charges a reasonable fee. He does this by evaluating each case and using all the resources available to him in attempting to achieve a favorable resolution to the case. He also recognizes that many individuals charged with crimes have limited resources; therefore, he endeavors to keep his overhead costs low and provide flexible fee arrangements for his clients.
While recognizing certain economic realities Mr. Ferro also believes that the quality of one's defense should not be based solely upon a person's financial position. He meets with a client and fully discusses the facts of the case with the client before they decide to retain Mr. Ferro.
He knows that effective legal representation also includes a lawyer's role as a counselor and adviser especially when a client has had no experience with the legal system.
